7-day returns

You can return any Rawflint product within 7 days of delivery, for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@rawflint.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
